*BDRA will transport the dog a reasonable distance, to an approved adopter, at no extra cost, even if out of state.
Pepper Anne is just a tiny senior girl who loves to be held and loved.
She will bite if afraid, so we do not recommend a home with children.
She sleeps in bed with foster mom, loves soft beds, and loves being where you are.
